Enabling Email Messages to Respondents After They Finish a Survey

Overview

Some customers would like respondents to receive an email after finishing a survey, either with their answers, or a thank you message, or both. 

 

Information

In order to have this kind of message directed to the respondents, some customers raise a support ticket. We would like to inform you that the support team does not deal with these requests. They must be addressed to your account manager, who will redirect them to the Professional Services team since this is a change request.
