ResponseTek V1.2.9.1 Release Notes

Release Overview

In release V1.2.9.1, dated November 2019, the focus was to incorporate two new features and fix two Customer Defects.

New Features

1. Authentication: Password Reset through Welcome Pack email.
2. Text Analytics: 2.1. Keatext V2 Integration.

Customer Defects Fixed

1. RESPTK-30284: Fixed an issue that resulted in Collections becoming disabled. This occurred when the SMS Gateways were not reachable for more than one hour.
2. RESPTK-28678: Fixed an issue that was preventing the disabling of a user account with actions assigned to it.
