Cannot Access The Solution Dashboard

Overview

You may notice that you cannot access the Solution Dashboard because the page is unresponsive.

Solution

If you have an on-premises instance, please contact your infrastructure team so they can check why the page is unresponsive. Otherwise, please create a support ticket and provide the URL and a screenshot of what you are observing.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm the customer is not an on-premises customer.
  2. Escalate the ticket to the SaaS Ops so they can solve the problem.

Testing

Check you can access the dashboard successfully.
