As a product that keeps evolving, ResponseTek sometimes needs to be updated in order to receive new features and stability improvements. 

 

Information

When a new release is scheduled to be deployed, 5-day advance notice should be given to all ResponseTek customers. In case you need to inquire about maintenance windows, please file a support ticket.
