Overview

At times, there is a discrepancy between the number of invitations on the disposition reports and the number of invitations on the dashboard for a particular date. This article explains why these numbers don't match.

The difference in figures is because, on the disposition reports, the date is referring to invitation sent date (date when the file was processed), while on the dashboard, you see several invitations by interaction date instead. Interaction date is the date when interaction with end-user took place, and one file can contain multiple interaction dates, as each invite in each file will have separate interaction date.
