Unable To Activate An Account: The Link Has Expired

Overview

When an account is created or activated, its owner receives a link by email to reset the password. For security reasons, this link has an expiration date. After that, a new link must be generated. If you click the link and the system tells you that it is expired, this article will guide you on what you must do.

In case you are not able to activate an account due to an expired link, please contact your program manager or account manager.

If you don't know who your program manager is, please create a support ticket so our support team can help you sort this out.

If you receive a request about a locked account, first check if it is a Skyvera customer. For Skyvera customers, check the Process for User Manager Requests for Skyvera Users.
If you receive a request from an IgniteTech customer, identify the corresponding program/account manager from this list and redirect the customer to their program manager.
