Description
Survey Manager
Survey Manager is a web tool used to create and configure surveys. Companies usually have a few people trained to do that, either in a single department or across many departments.
eManager
eManager is also a web tool and its purpose is to display reports regarding the existing surveys. It is used by decision-makers to evaluate which actions must be taken in order to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
User Manager
User Manager is, as its name suggests, a user management tool, used to configure what users can make and see in the system. IT departments are usually in charge of this kind of task.
