Shutting down ResponseTek Services for a Customer

Overview

When a customer needs to stop using ResponseTek, there are a lot of steps that must be taken. Please find here how to start this process.

 

Information

Requests to shut down the system for a customer must be directed to the corresponding account manager. The support team is not able to act on those requests. Therefore, please do not open a support ticket about this.

If you receive a ticket requesting a shutdown, please deflect it to the account manager. Central Support does not handle these requests.
