Why Is Answer 'No' Missing in Dashboard?

Overview

When one of the possible answers for a question is 'No', it is possible that it is shown as 'NA' (Not Applicable) instead of No. This article explains why this happens and what to do about it.

Solution

For 'No' answers, it is possible to configure it to appear as 'NA' (Not Applicable) or 'No'. To disable the 'NA' label, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Survey Manager.

  2. Go to the Question Library and click on the question whose answer you want to configure.

  3. Next to Answer options, click on Edit.Why_Is_Answer__No__Missing_in_Dashboard_1.png

  4. In the Advanced column, click on the gear symbol next to the No option.

  5. Uncheck Enable NA option.
