Overview
The Comment Manager is a central place where it is possible to see what the respondents have written in the comment box when answering the surveys. It is also able to export the comments just by clicking on the Export button:
Information
The export capability of Comment Manager has a fixed limit of how many rows can be exported: 5,000 rows. Unlike other reports, this limit is not configurable. Therefore, it cannot be increased so that more rows are exported at a time.
In case there are more than 5,000 rows to be exported, the following message is shown:
Please adjust the filters accordingly so that fewer rows are returned and they can then be exported.
